How to Match Reflective Sheeting to Your Plate Manufacturing Process

A supplier should never approve compatibility only by saying that the film is “printable” or “embossable.” The specific process, machine, ink, foil and production conditions must be identified.

Lamination to Aluminum Plate Blanks

The adhesive must bond reliably to the specified aluminum surface and remain stable through downstream processing.

Before lamination, the aluminum should be:
